HOW IT WORKS

The Science Behind Younger-Looking Skin

Endolift® is not a surface treatment. It works where surface treatments cannot reach, deep in the skin’s hypodermis, precisely at the layer where structural collagen fibres and fibroblasts reside. This is what makes it genuinely different, and genuinely effective.

The Technology

Endolift® uses the Eufoton® LASEmaR® 1500, a medical-grade diode laser operating at 1470nm wavelength. This specific wavelength is uniquely absorbed by water molecules in adipose (fat) tissue and the interstitial fluid surrounding skin cells. The result is targeted, controlled thermal energy that stimulates biological responses impossible to achieve topically.

The energy is delivered via proprietary single-use micro fibre-optic probes, finer than a strand of hair.These are introduced transdermally, beneath the skin but above the muscle, without any incision or cut

Laser Lipolysis (Fat Reduction)

The laser energy heats and permanently destroys targeted fat cells in the treatment area. These destroyed cells are then safely metabolised and eliminated through your body's own lymphatic system over the following weeks. Unlike body contouring devices applied externally, Endolift® reaches exactly the fat layer that needs treating, no more, no less.

Collagen Remodelling & Neocollagenesis

Heat energy causes immediate contraction of existing collagen fibres, producing a visible tightening effect right away. More importantly, it triggers your fibroblasts (collagen-producing cells) to enter a regenerative cycle. Over the next 9 to 12 months, new collagen and elastin are continuously produced, progressively improving skin firmness, texture and elasticity.

Connective Photobiomodulation

The laser energy interacts with the connective tissue matrix, stimulating cellular repair and regeneration. This improves overall skin quality, reduces fine lines, and supports the structural architecture of the skin from within.

What to expect, step by step

Consultation

We assess your skin, discuss your goals and confirm suitability. No pressure, no obligation.

Treatment day

A topical local anaesthetic is applied. Ultra-fine probes are gently inserted beneath the skin.

During the procedure

Gentle warmth and mild pressure. 30–90 minutes depending on area. No cuts, no stitches.

Immediately after

Probes are removed and discarded. Mild pinkness may last a few hours. Most leave looking refreshed.

4 to 8 Weeks Post - Treatment
